Can I book just one suite?
Yes. You can book a single ensuite suite with full access to the shared estate facilities — pool, spa, kitchen, gardens, and living areas. Other suites may be occupied by other guests unless you book the whole estate.
How far is Mishika from Queenstown Airport?
Approximately 1 hour by car via the Crown Range Road (the scenic route) or 1 hour 15 minutes via State Highway 6. Helicopter transfers can be arranged directly to the estate.
Is the pool heated year-round?
Yes. The heated lap pool maintains a comfortable temperature throughout all four seasons, including winter. The outdoor spa is also heated.
Can you arrange a private chef?
Absolutely. Our concierge can arrange a private chef for individual meals or your entire stay. Dietary requirements and preferences are accommodated with advance notice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our flexible cancellation policy varies by season and booking type. Full details are provided with your personalised rate quote. Generally, cancellations 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund.
Is Mishika suitable for weddings or events?
The estate is available for intimate celebrations, corporate retreats, and special occasions. Contact us to discuss your requirements — we'll work with you to create an unforgettable event.
What currencies do you accept?
Rates are quoted in NZD. We also accept payment in AUD, USD, SGD, and GBP at the prevailing exchange rate.
Is there parking at the estate?
Yes. The estate has a private cobblestone driveway with off-street parking for multiple vehicles. Garage parking available.
